internet connection rops after a while....
 
hello,
I am using centOS 5.My internet connection drops at irregular intervals and it restores only after reboot the system.Even if i deactivate and re-activate it using Newtwork cofiguration utility,It shows its active but it cannot open any page.please help!

Well, hard to help without all the details. What are you plugged in to, to get your Internet connection? Have you checked it, to see if your switch/router is having a problem? Wired or wireless connection? Has it been happening long, or did it just start? Are you at home, an office, or in a dorm/apartment?
