Intel Pro Wireless 5300 AGN problems with the iwlagn driver

I need some help. After trying to install aircrack-ng and installing the compat-wireless-2.6.30 drivers with the patches (in the link below), I totally lost my wireless card options. I totally lost the option to choose "enable wireless" in the NetworkManager options.

http://www.aircrack-ng.org/doku.php?id=iwlagn

I tried to go back to the original drivers and still nothing. I tried to do a clean install of the Intel drivers but still nothing.

Code:

      capabilities: bus_master cap_list
      configuration: latency=0

Code:

# iwconfig

Any ideas?
