integrating sun one directory server with samba server.

I want to make a domain controller in linux RHEL4.
for that I have downloaded, installed and configured Sun one directory server 5.2. But i do not know how to make it work with samba so that other windows clients can be joined to that domain controller in linux.
I have also tried it with Openldap server but failed. OpenLdap alone works but I want the method to make it work along with samba.
If someone can describe the procedure in detail it will be a great help for me.
