Installion Frozen and wall of Text
Hello,
My friend is having trouble getting his ubuntu up and running. He has windows 7 and downloaded Wubi and tried to install Ubuntu on his computer through the C:drive . all went well untill he had to restart. when he restarted , he chooses ubuntu and it begins to install normally untill it freezes and shows him lines and lines of text..all frozen i have a picture of what it looks like...although you cant read the text http://www.flickr.com/photos/6878233...in/photostream http://www.flickr.com/photos/6878233...in/photostream i believe one line of text says Panic if anyone can help that would be amazing Thank you! |

Panic is probably from corruption. Did you install the same way as the links.

yes he did and when the installation began for ubuntu... 2 minutes in.. the black screen with text showed up so we keep uninstalling and downloading a new one(wubi)

Why don't you try it in virtualbox, it won't run as fast but you can atleast you can test it.
