Hi,
I have dual boot system with Windows XP Professional SP3 on first drive and fedora core 6 on another now I want to reinstall windows on same drive then how should I do it??? thanx

There is no issue with installing windows after linux. Just that windows will over write the mbr with its own boot manager and remove grub.
Install windows as you would normally do and then use the fedora cd/dvd and boot with it into rescue mode. Once there, just run the command

grub-install /dev/sda assuming that you want to install grub in sda drive

have you thought about using fedora 10 seeing as 6 has had NO updates for sometime , and is way past it's EOL
