installing updates


when trying to install updates, I get the following error message E:dpkg was interrupted, you must manually run'dpkg--configure -a'to correct problem, I have ubuntu 8.1 please help

Use Synaptic Package Manager and select "Mark all upgrades" and click "apply". Synaptic should fix these problems for you.
