Installing Slackware 10.0 with CD-ROM Boot Disk?

Well I want to install Slackware Linux 10.0 but I need a Floppy Disk as my Boot Disk. I'm woundering if I can set it up so a CD is my because I'm on my laptop and I have no Floppy drive.. Better yet if there is a way to boot Slackware Linux 10.0 correctly without a boot disk that would be better. So can someone help me out here please!? :)

You can indeed use your cd drive as a boot device, can you get into your bios? It's usually pressing del or an F key during boot to get in to it, and you can set it there.

You can install straight off the CD. I did it yesterday. :)

Booting off the CD is nothing to do with Linux, Slackware or anything. It's your BIOS that's in charge of that. When you boot up yor PC you should see something like "Press F2 to enter setup", press that and look for the bootup sequence. Change that so your CD is booted first.
