installing package R-1.8.1-2 needs 26MB on the / filesystem
Hi,
I've just gotten RedHat 9 to work (yipee!) and I'm trying to install R, a statistical programming language. Installation requires me to install some rpms, and then type
rpm -ivh R-1.8.1-2.i386.rpm
... here's what happens:
[root@localhost me]# rpm -ivh R-1.8.1-2.i386.rpm
warning: R-1.8.1-2.i386.rpm: V3 DSA signature: NOKEY, key ID 97d3544e

installing package R-1.8.1-2 needs 26MB on the / filesystem
what can i do about this?
I thought I partitioned my hard drive leaving enough room for all kinds of stuff.
Thank you,
Alexis
