Installing opensuse on ps3 through usb pen drive

Hello Ive used google and tried the opensuse faqs but cant seem to find anything. I used unetbootin to create a bootable usb pen drive and when i plug it into the ps3 i get a graphical menu with the option to boot back to the sony os or install opensuse, recover, and something else I cant remember. Once I hit install a text based menu comes up (instead of the graphical menu that comes on disc) it asks me several questions and when i get up to choose the source medium I have 3 options which are dvd/cd rom, network and hard disk. I choose hard disk and then choose the hard disk partition comes up with 4 options ps3da1, ps3da3, ps3da4, sda1 (the usb stick)I choose sda1 then it says Enter the source directory...... from there im lost I dont know what to type to get it to install. If any1 has done this before any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have 0 experience with OpenSUSE; However, there is an alternative.
NetbootCD-3.0 can netinstall any major distro incl OpenSUSE.
It's a 6.1MB hack of Tinycore-1.3rc3 and the older 2.2 version is 61MB and slax-based.

What's cool?
I got it for USB here; I have tested it but not with OpenSUSE, I installed Debian, Ubuntu,
and Fedora Rawhide with it.
Note, When you get to the main screen, choose to update it and it will grab the most
recent mirrors and newest debian daily builds, etc
My USB version is like 50MB cause it's got tinycore-1.3rc3 too as they use the same kernel.

So, check it out if you want.
