Google how to add a PPA to Ubuntu (I don't know how off the top of my head) then sudo apt-get install openshot

The PPA openshot : Mostly for unsupported versions of Ubuntu.

A supported version : HOWTO search for available packages →
$ apt-cache search <package-name> ( or part of package name.)
$ sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get install openshot

The on-line search can also be used to find all ~38,000 packages:
http://packages.ubuntu.com/search?ke...searchon=names
* With 38,000 packages available :
You will rarely have to search the Internet.
Or to download software.

Please read

. http://linuxsilo.net/docs/smart-questions_en.html
I.e. you are supposed to specify Ubuntu version by every question.
