installing ndiswrapper

I have a Belkin N300 wireless usb adapter in my usb port and I am trying to install the driver. I downloaded ndiswrapper into Suse 12.1. I can't seem to get it to install. From the GUI, I put the file into sbin, what are the commands to install it from CLI? Any suggestions, this is not urgent.

that is part of the operating system and should have been already installed

if not then it is in the base suse repo

you put what there?????
remove what ever you put there
ONLY and i do man ONLY root has access to that folder

there is NOTHING in /sbin that a normal user can use and ALL the programs in there will NOT work as a normal user

you might want to read some of the opensuse documentation
