Installing "Lighter" Window Managers in Ubuntu

I'm currently using Ubuntu 4.10 (ie. The Warty Warthog) with a Pentium III @ 733mhz and 128mb of RAM.

I need a lighter window manager (e.g. Fluxbox, Openbox, etc.).

The problem is, after I've downloaded a *.deb file, double-clicking it won't cause it to run. It'll give me an error message.

What can I do?

There's no need to manually download and then install. Doing
Code:
sudo apt-get install fluxbox
will do it all for you, assuming you have set the correct repositories for apt-get. `man dpkg` will tell you how to manually install a deb package, but apt-get is simpler.
