installing KUser - I hope

For reasons in other threads of mine I am seeking to install Kuser - at first I downloaded the (3.02a) binary .RPM and went ahead with install - dependencies were revealed and I made a couple more downloads (KDE and KDE-common I think) but the dependencies continued to block the install.

The a friend suggested trying from the DVD I originally burnt for SuSE 9.1 (Novell) and I sort of tried that, but could nbot even find it on the DVD to install from.

Can anyone help?

What are the dependencies? Why not download and install them?

as I think I said I did - infact I did that three times because when it failed the first time I had to go for another dependency and when that failed I tried both again at the same release level as KUser - in every case it failed with the same dependency issues.... which lost me

As I said - I think it was KDE-common (that was definitely one) and KDE.
