Question installing java/azurez torrent downloader(linux noobie)

hello, ive been looking at tutorials to install java runtime environment on a newly linux'd pc from a windows xp one. I have a blank desktop right now, and have installed 'yum' whatever that is haha. Any help would be greatly appreciated, but in the mean time im moving it back downstairs, and ripping my dvd drive out of it. .....anyway any help would be great, another site/tutorial would also work, but i went off the fedora site(considering i have fedora 8) I dont know for sure if there is an automated install for java that i could use(coming from mac and windows)--i hate having to use terminal for everything so the less terminal use, the better i say. <---back to my linux newbieness.
thank you all

Just a suggestion, forget about Azureus, try Deluge, it is a much nicer and much less resource hungry client.

I believe Fedora 8 comes with Java already.
