Installing Gnome Libraries in Fluxbox

I've been trying to install GnomeMeeting for the past few days to video chat with friends around the country; I've installed the prereq's (pwlib-1.8.7 and openh323-1.15.6) but it seems that Gnomemeeting (contrary to the documentation) needs many Gnome libraries to install correctly.

In trying to compile GM, the console returns this:
Code:
Package gconf-2.0 was not found in the pkg-config search path.
Perhaps you should add the directory containing `gconf-2.0.pc'
to the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable
No package 'gconf-2.0' found
configure: error: Package requirements (gtk+-2.0 >= 2.4.0 gthread-2.0 >= 2.4.0
esound >= 0.2.28 gconf-2.0 >= 2.2.0 libxml-2.0 >= 2.6.0 libgnome-2.0 >= 2.2.0
libgnomeui-2.0 >= 2.2.0 gnome-vfs-2.0 >= 2.2.0) were not met.
Consider adjusting the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable
if you installed software in a non-standard prefix.

Alternatively you may set the GNOMEMEETING_CFLAGS and GNOMEMEETING_LIBS
environment variables to avoid the need to call pkg-config. See the pkg-config
man page for more details.
The only standalone Gnome library package I could find was This One -- the GnomeMeeting site just links to the Gnome page, where I was unable to find a library download.

Any help is much appreciated.

Gnomemeeting

Well, Gentoo shows these as the gnomemeeting 1.2.2 dependencies, as per http://www.gentoo-portage.com/net-im/gnomemeeting/dep

>= dev-libs/glib - 2.0.0
>= dev-libs/libxml2 - 2.6.1
dev-libs/pwlib1.8.7
>= gnome-base/gconf - 2.2.0
>= gnome-base/gnome-vfs - 2.2.0
>= gnome-base/libgnome - 2.2.0
>= gnome-base/libgnomeui - 2.2.0
>= gnome-base/ORBit - 2.5.0
>= media-sound/esound - 0.2.28
net-libs/openh3231.15.6
>= net-nds/openldap - 2.0.0
>= x11-libs/gtk+ - 2.4.0
dbus >= sys-apps/dbus - 0.22
gnome >= gnome-base/libbonoboui - 2.2.0
howl >= net-misc/howl - 0.9.7
sdl >= media-libs/libsdl - 1.2.4
ssl >= dev-libs/openssl - 0.9.6g
gnome-extra/evolution-dataserver

There a quite a few, as you can see. This may or may not apply to your distro.

Thanks for the link -- with any luck I'll be able to install all of the dependancies ... one of these days.
