Installing GDM themes

I downloaded the "Sleek Dragon" theme from gnome-look.org and don't know how to install it! I have a file called "GdmGreeterTheme.desktop" which appears to be what would install it, but it says

Code:
Couldn't display "/home/Jo/25716-SleekDragon.t...ragon/GdmGreeterTheme.desktop".

The location is not a folder.
