Installing fedora, not booting from cd...

Hey all, i just downloaded fedora last night from this link...

http://download.fedora.redhat.com/pu.../4/x86_64/iso/

I am using a dual core computer (athlon64 X2 4200) and i want linux to use both cores, so i downloaded the first four cd's

FC4-x86_64-SRPMS-disc1.iso 06-Jun-2005 23:22 608M
FC4-x86_64-SRPMS-disc2.iso 06-Jun-2005 23:23 608M
FC4-x86_64-SRPMS-disc3.iso 06-Jun-2005 23:24 608M
FC4-x86_64-SRPMS-disc4.iso 06-Jun-2005 23:25 608M

I downloaded the SRPMS because i'm pretty sure that's what i want for dual core use. Well i made my cd-rom bootable in the bios, but when i restarted and put in cd one, it skipped right past it and loaded into windows. So i'm trying to figure out what is going on...

What are these other files for ?

FC4-x86_64-disc1.iso 06-Jun-2005 23:18 637M
FC4-x86_64-disc2.iso 06-Jun-2005 23:18 636M
FC4-x86_64-disc3.iso 06-Jun-2005 23:20 638M
FC4-x86_64-disc4.iso 06-Jun-2005 23:21 636M
FC4-x86_64-disc5.iso 06-Jun-2005 23:22 166M
FC4-x86_64-rescuecd.iso 06-Jun-2005 23:08 85M
SHA1SUM 07-Jun-2005 13:53 954

Thanks !

Sorry to say but you got all the wrong files.

The .iso are images used to install the system, containing all the packages.

the SRPMS are RPMS containing source code for all the packages.

You will need the .iso in order to install, depending on what you want, you may not need all of the cds (1 and rescuecd are a must really)
