Installing fedora C2 fails


Im trying to install fedora c2, but this annoying error pops up just after i press enter for "install in graphical mode"

crc error
VFS: Cannot open root device "<NULL>" or unknown-block(72,3)
Please append a correct "root=" boot option
Kernel Panuic: VFS: Unable to moutn root fs on unknown-block(72,3)

Whats wrong?

I got the same error when I was trying to start an install (SuSE) using loadlin (in DOS) and not passing it the parameter for initrd. I'm not sure why it would be happening when you're just choosing an option from the install menu.

Maybe that helps, maybe not...

Have you tried a text installation?
