Installing fedora 10 with vista already installed?
Well at the moment i currently have windows vista home premium installed on my hard drive. I would like to know if it is possible to install Fedora 10 on my second hard drive which is sata, i know how to install 2 OS's on the same hard drive. I just dont want to re partition my drive with my vista on it. any help would be appreciated.

If you install Fedora on another disk or partition Windows files will be intact. Don't worry about run Windows after install Linux because your new boot software (grub or lilo, probably) will recognize it automagicaly. You can't do the reverse because Windows boot don't start another operational system by default.

Instead buy another disk you can also repartition your current. When Fedora asks by partitions offer you the option to resize the disk without data lose and install on this new blank partition. Isn't hard, you can do it intuitively, but you might read about it. I installed Fedora 9 before and get no problems, however is recommend backup your files before try it.
