You can't run exe files in linux.
You can however use an emulator like wine to run them in linux. http://www.winehq.org/
You can also consider using a linux alternative for the program you want to use, or run windows in a virtual machine or dual boot. http://www.winehq.org/docs/wineusr-guide/alternatives
