Hi everyone, i am new in linux, and I have been always a Windows user with no knowledge in programing, but Linux caught my interest, and between all of those distros, Dragora is the one I chose. I've already been to the IRC of Dragora, and they recomended me to start with a easiest distro like Trisquel, and I appreciate the advice, but I wanna try Dragora anyway. Now, I used VirtualBox to try it out, and I was able to install it successfully until the very end, right until the point where it asked to press ctrl+alt+supr... With Windows hosting... Someone knows how to deactivate that process on Windows so I can try out Dragora on virtual box? Otherwise, how can I create a bootable USB from Windows?

Virtualbox can create a new appliance from an .iso file directly.

Try rufus for Windows USB bootable of Linux.

If that distro asks for some key sequence you may be able to issue it from virtualbox menu choice.


To create a usb from a vm is really easy. You create a vm without making a virtual hard drive. You boot the client to your iso image and attach your usb to the vm client. Install the distro to the usb. I do this all the time. Once in a while a distro makes you reboot to the usb to finish install.
