installing debian from USB key (not bootable) with EFI shell

I'm trying to install debian on an Intel sever chassis SR1500 that does not boot (try to boot from the network card but wrong settings do not allow to load the OS).
The server has no CD/DVD drive.
Since it has different USB entries, i decided to install debian from a USB key (and took all the necessary files from : http://ftp.nl.debian.org/debian/dist...ages/hd-media/ )
But the BIOS does not allow me to boot from the USB key.

What are the right commands in EFI shell to install the OS ?

Any other advices are more than welcome.
Thank you !

Have you tried attaching a cd/dvd drive and then booting?

yes, i tried this. and apparently the EFI shell sees it. but it's not possible to boot on this; any idea how to install the OS from this shell ?

http://www.google.com/search?q=efi+s...ient=firefox-a

There are a few references here and an old one at redhat(for an itanium) that may help you.

i've tried to do what is suggested here but this command:
elilo -i initrd vmlinuz ro root=/dev/ram0
in the EFI shell does not change anything :(
