installing banner command

I am somewhat familiar with Linux just starting in a test engineering position last year I am practicing my linux skills on my own. I have found a series of tutorials on YouTube by "The Bad Tutorials". In one tutorial it shows how to use the 'banner' command. I receive error message: bash: banner: command not found. I found the following script to add banner but again get an error message. The script is (at root):

Login on the Linux machine as root.
# wget http://dl.fedoraproject.org/pub/epel...el6.x86_64.rpm
# rpm -Uvh banner-1.3.3-1.el6.x86_64.rpm
# wget http://dl.fedoraproject.org/pub/epel...6-8.noarch.rpm
# rpm -Uvh epel-release*rpm
# banner KriBlog
I get and error message saying name or service is unknown. When I log into fedora, the file banner_1.3.3 is not listed.

Do you know another option I can use to achieve the same results?
