Installing Adobe 11.2 on Crunchbang

I am completely new to Linux, but am liking it so far. I am trying to install Adobe on Crunchbang. So far I have downloaded it and extracted it. I am not sure what to do from here. I am not familiar with anything in Linux since I have used windows up until now. I am using Google Chrome as my web browser. What do I do next?

By Adobe, I assume you mean Flash,... or do you mean Adobe Reader?

For Flash...

From a terminal...

sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install flashplugin-nonfree
sudo update-flashplugin-nonfree --install --verbose
