Installing additional Distro
I'm currently running Fedora with both drives configures as a LVM. I want to add Ubuntu (32 bit) to my system, what is the easiest way to accomplish this?
Yes I'm sure this has been asked before, I'm still new to linux, had to get rid of M$ so pls bear with me. Thanks in advance. Paul :newbie: |
Back up your data.
Use the Ubuntu installer (or Partition Magic, or QTParted, or DiskDrake) to resize an existing partition. Install Ubuntu on the free space. |
Also, if you're using a swap partition, you can share it between multiple distros. (Space-saving technique)
