Install : perl install.pl
( 126 MB of data will be downloaded to the directory /home/<name>/Jessops Photo/ ).

paulm@oldonlpatop:~/Downloads/setup_Jessops_Photo$

This is the directory the files are in, when I type "ls" it shows
EULA.txt and install.pl

when I type in "perl install.pl" it just seems to open up the EULA nothing else

Just make a try as follow:-
Go into the directory where install.pl setup file is residing, and invoke:
./install.pl

I've tried that and all it seems to do is open up the user agreement with the following text

any ideas?

Type q, and you will get the choice [JA/nein].
Then type ja to continue.
