Installing a Perl Module Time::HiRes (Please Help)
Hey guys i have searched high and low on the internet but i cannot find a way to install this module. Its called Time::HiRes I have tried a few things with no joy. the README from the tarball say i should "implement usleep, ualarm, and gettimeofday for Perl, as well as wrappers to implement time, sleep, and alarm that know non-integral seconds."

Spell out your words. And most Perl modules install the same way:
perl Makefile.PL
make
make test
make install
But the CPAN options given are easier. And since you searched "high and low", it's hard to believe you didn't come across lots of information on how to do this. First hit in Google for "linux how to install perl modules": http://www.thegeekstuff.com/2008/09/...-cpan-command/
