Installing a MAC like BAR - Is it Starterbar - gdesklets ???

Hi.
I'm trying to get a MAC bar for linux that I have seen in some windows and unix systems, but I haven't had any lucky with it.

In some forum, they told me that this is done with gdesklets, choosing the STARTERBAR inside this gdesklets.

I have installed both (they are in my debian repository), but I get a few errors when I run it, and It seems strange when It's running. I see a small square and inside my home directory. If I click there it opens my home.
But this isn't the mac view I wanted.

The one I saw was a BIG bar in the down side of my screen, with many BIG icons on it. And they kind of rotate, and the icon in the center gets bigger than all the others. It has nothing to do with what I saw in starterbar.

Can anyone help me?
Thanks

For KDE there's KSmoothDock. If you use Gnome, there's probably a similar app, try googleing for "gnome dock" or something of that nature?

Found this:
http://www.gnome-dock.org/trac

But it doesn't have anythign to download there, and doesn't teach how to run it. Then, I installed from my repositories DOCKER. When I ran the command docker in the prompt, I got nothing and my tray icons and the clock are all gone. So, It doesn't seem to do what I was expecting.

This Gnome thing from the link above, seems to be much better than the one from gdesklets.. If you can help me to install it I would be glad.
Thanks anyway.

Indeed, there does not seem to be any ready releases available there (so it might not be stable yet). The Develop link says how you can get the source with subversion though. So try that, and maybe have a look at the Dependancies before you try to build it.
