installed fedora TWICE

well - this is humiliating

I installed some programs using a terminal and I got cocky and started working too fast for a newbie.

I went to install one more and was using the up-arrow to scroll through previous commands and I accidentally hit enter with a command to install with an asterisk that I didn't over-write with the correct specific files, so I re-installed everything on a particular USB device.

Now when I boot up there are options to choose:
1) windows (ok)
2) fedora (ok)
3) advanced options for fedora (ok)
AND
4) another fedora but instead of a nice simple name, it gives me the name of the file from the iso
AND
5) another option exactly like (4) but with a ...2... somewhere instead ofa ...1...

What's the most idiot proof way to undo this? (I assume there is no true idiot proof method, but I'll settle for the most idiot proof possible)

and the more I think about this, the more I realize I must have done it  THRICE.

To post some detailed information on your setup, go to the link below and download and run the bootinfoscript. Post the results.txt output file here if you can't figure things out on your own:

http://sourceforge.net/projects/bootinfoscript/

Make sure to read the instructions in the link in the Description box.
