What is installd directory all abt ? I see apache, mysql, php etc in this folder but the actual locations of apache, php and mysql are elsewhere.

Hi

Most applications are located in /usr/bin/. I believe the installdir is simply a container for distributing executebles to their correct locations.

Hope this helps.
