Installation through network
 
Hi,

I have a little problem here. I have Server A and Server B. Server A has DVD-ROM and Server B doesn't have it. So, i want to install application in Server B. The media using DVD. So possible or not i put DVD media in Server A and make installation in Server B ? :(

p/s: Both server using Red Hat Enterprise.

Do both servers have the exact same hardware? If so, install the app on server A and rsync it over to server B. Another way would be to create a samba share or nfs share and have server B mount it. There are many ways to do this.

Well you could setup server A to use tftp and do an ftp installation using pxe.
