I am creating a live usb using UNetbootin for Mandriva 2009.I am new to this,so please bear with me.
Do I need to add the kernel and Initrd options? Which I am not doing by the way. After this is over ((creating live usb in which I only specify path of my iso file)) and reboot. Then I boot using by live usb, I find a screen of UNetbootin installer which just has "default" option and an option for pressing [[tab]] .
It also says that after 10 seconds it will automatic boot which does not happen and it stays there forever without doing anything.
Please tell me what I am doing wrong and how to rectify it?
Thanks.

you should not boot with usb if it is live usb
Well what I am saying is that when I boot with my usb to install Mandirva, I get a UnetBootin installer gui, which has an option for pressing [[tab]] , if I press [[esc]] , I get a terminal like this
boot >
If I enter anything it replies "Can't find kernel image" and never boots in.So practically I cannot bootin after creating a live usb using UnetBootin.I cannot understand what the problem is?
Please help!

But when I create a live usb using UnetBootin and boot using my usb, it should be able to boot in automatically ,or even give me some preferences for the automatic boot?
