Installation Probelm


when i try and install fedora 4 the screen just goes white and nothing happens. Any one got any idea why this is happening?

SORRY I SHOULD HAVE EXPLAINED IT A BIT BETTER.

YEAH IT GOES THROUGHT THE TXT BASED STUFF AT THE BEGINNNING AND IT ASKS ME CERTAIN QUESTIONS. IT S AS SOON AS IT GOES TO THE GUI IT JUST STARTS TO LOAD THEN GOES WHITE AND STAYS WHITE AND IT HAPPENS AT THE SAME STAGE ALL THE TIME.

I HAVE SUSE INSTALLED AT THE MOMENT BUT I WANT TO TRY FEDORA 4 BUT IT ISNT LOOKING GOOD

i dont have that information, sorry. the mage where i got the disk from said that it has a problem with tft screens and to add a bit of code to the boot bit but that didnt work either
