There are THOUSANDS of tutorials you can find with a Google search (since you're obviously in a hurry, since you post follow-ups after a few minutes), about how to install the desktop. You can even find it on this site if you searched. The command "yum groupinstall "X Window System" "GNOME Desktop Environment"" works great, and is easy to find. You can find more on other desktop environments if you try to look. But that command WILL NOT WORK unless you are PAYING FOR RHEL.
Also, RHEL 6.4 is old...the latest is 7, so starting out with an older version is a bad idea. RHEL is also a commercial, PAY FOR distribution, so if you ARE paying for it, then you can call Red Hat for support, since you're in such a hurry. If you're NOT paying for it, then DO NOT USE IT, and load CentOS instead. And WHY are you using RHEL for a desktop? RHEL, CentOS, and other such distros are for SERVERS....which typically don't have sound/bluetooth/wifi/or even a monitor sometimes. Support for 'consumer' hardware like that can be difficult.

Wrong...it is available for SEVERAL different architectures, including 32bit x86..it's very clearly on their website.

First, you DO NOT DOWNLOAD IT from a third-party site...if you want Red Hat Enterprise, you need to go to Red Hat's site and get it. And have you read/understood what you were told before??? Unless you are going to PAY FOR RHEL, then you SHOULD NOT USE IT. You WILL NOT get access to online repositories, bugfixes, security updates, patches, etc. Load CentOS instead, which is 99.x% identical, but FREE.
And AGAIN, WHY are you using RHEL?? It is not a good distro for a consumer desktop.
