Install ubuntu on seperate partion using lilo???

I am using a linux distro that uses lilo as the bootloader on HDA3 but I want to install Ubuntu on HDA1 but I don't have a cd burner on my computer.

I have all the files on HDA2 but I don't know how to configure the lilo bootloader to boot ubuntu so I could install ubuntu on HDA1.

Is there a way to do this???

Here is my lilo boot conf right now:

boot = /dev/hda
prompt
timeout = 60
#bitmap=/boot/splash.bmp
change-rules
reset
#vga = 769,771/773/792
vga = 769
image = /boot/vmlinuz
root = /dev/hda3
label = Linux
read-only

My ubuntu consists of the following main files:

initrd.gz

isolinux.bin

boot.cat

linux

isolinux.cfg

menu.cfg
