install liquid weather

I have downloaded Liquid Weather for SuperKaramba.
I have managed to untar the file, but when I change of directory (cd liquid_weather-plus) and run the ./configure, it comes with the message ""no such file or directory""

What am I doing wrong (again)?

Liquid weather is a theme. You need Superkaramba running, then "open theme" and point it to your LW folder. There will be a .theme (I think) file to use.

That should get you up and running,

Hmmm, my point was that the install was not complete (no ./configure, no make, no make install)

there isnt a make etc. like andy said there is a .theme file. assuming your using kde: press alt-F2 then type superkaramba (or karamba if that doesnt work) then press enter. it should give you a dialog that asks to open a theme. just browse and select that .theme file.

Hi guys try to open new theme (Liquid Weather) but it does not work. I can see the theme when I go
<open new theme
<I select the Liquid Weather theme
<Click ok
But nothing happens.

Shall I remove all together the Liquid Weather them and auxilliary files and start from scratch?
Thanks

Try another theme first - I suggest http://www.kde-look.org/content/show.php?content=17775

If that works, we know that SuperKaramba is working, and you can download LW again.

Otherwise, you may need to get SK again (are you using 0.36?)

I had that problem with suse 9.1 and 9.2. Make sure you have the exact rpm and all its dependancies.
