You're telling us what you don't have.
What we need to know is what you *do* have.
Any Out of Band channels? Console server? Remote access card?

Have you even read the red hat install guide ?

if you have any remote access system bolted in your server (e.g. HP iLO, IBM RSA) you may just connect your ISO installatioin media from remote and boot from there.
BUT... as said above, without knowing what you actually have we can't help you much.

Not to sound nasty, but if you don't know how to do the job, you're not qualified to do it. Even if we give you the answer now (AFTER the interview is over), and you manage to get the job...what happens after that? We can't answer EVERY question for you EVERY DAY that you work there....you have to have the knowledge and skills to do the job.

And there is no 'right' answer for this question...the interviewer wants to see how you THINK about problems. Asking things like "What kind of resources do I have at the remote site to use? Do the servers have ILOM? What kind of optical/USB devices do they support?" would be good ones to start with.
