Smile Install Lilo and Grub.

Good morning, i just only finish install Red Hat linux, during installation, i choice [skip install Boot loader "LILO"]. Than now i cannot boot into OS. Actually i also want to try how to install BOOTLOADER(LILO&GRUB) manually, so i skip install boot loader during installation.

1. Now i cannot boot in to OS.
2. Please show me how to boot and install "LILO or GRUB" boot loader. Please show me Both "LILO & GRUB".Thank you.
3. If i want to install Bootloader(LILO or GRUB) in MBR or in first partition how to do it?
4. If i want to do "Multi boot OS", example now i have 1 pc already running in Windows XP, i want to install Linux and can boot either one.

Please help me, thank you very very much.

... and you did this without first finding out how to do this and not realizing that a bootloader is needed in order to boot? <sigh>

In the first place, it is inadvisable to install more than one bootloader at a time.

You need to boot from your install media and enter "linux recovery" at the boot: prompt. This will get you a root shell prompt (#) in single-user mode.

IIRC: you then need to enter "grub-install /dev/hda"

There are more complex approaches:

This will get you a bootable system. The rest of your questions are copiously answered on the web and in these forums. Happy hunting.
