Install Foxdesktop on same hard drive as win xp
 
Having looked in all the places that i've been directed to by various net searches over the past week i am still a little out of my depth .I know that i have to partition the hard drive ,and this is where the problem starts there only seems to be vague advice available to a very new computer user like my self .If anyone out there feels they have the patience to help me along with this i would very much appreciate it . i am running windows xp ,amd athlon(tm)xp2400+,with ata/ide hard drive ,with 50.4gb space available , any other info required can be made avaialable i just need asking:

The first thing I would do is search on QtParted and ntsfresize. Then download Knoppix. After you do that, boot from that CD and run QtParted.This tool is failrly self explanitory. If you additional questions just ask.
