Install Drivers for nvidia GT420M 1GB on Ubuntu 11.04 64bit


i am using Ubuntu 11.04 64 bit and having laptop Dell XPS-L501x
conf:
4gb ram
intel i5
Intel graphic card (default) and Nvidia GT420M Graphic cards .

It shows "restricted drivers available" and i installed it but it doesn't seem to be working !
am i wrong , or there is another way to install drivers on ubuntu ?
pls help !

And now showing this (view image .
and now i cant login into ubuntu 11.04 desktop , working in classic mode ! HELP !
