install bugzilla and otrs in ubuntu


hi im using ubuntu now and have problem tu install bugzilla and otrs.first i try to install otrs2 but have n error. after that i try to install bugzilla but still have the problem. can somebody help me.. please..

this error appear when i try install otrs2 on ubuntu
