Smile install and configure Java JMF2.1.1e in Fedora Gnome3 desktop


Please nurse maid me through instructions about linux install of Java JMF java version and linux performance pack $PATH and CLASSPATH and anything else.

fedora has openJDK already installed and set as the default

if you want to replace that with Oracle's java 1.7
you need to do a few things

start with reading Mjmwired's guide

and you MUST !!! reset "alternatives" !!!!
