Install a perl build from source
I would like to install a complete perl build from source on a certain unix. However, the source is in hundred tar.gz files (seems that one tar.gz. for each perl module).
Do I have to extract, make and install those by hand one by one, or is there a 'batch' command to do it in one turn?
CPAN did not work.
Go here http://perl.com/pub/a/language/info/...re.html#stable
download file called stable.tar.gz
tar -zxvf stable.tar.gz -C /usr/local/src
Read the README and INSTALL files before building
