DUDE Tricky, where in austin do you live, I live in Pflugerville... I know it has nothing to do with my question... Um, that website you gave me sounds familiar
|
Yes you can.
The easiest way to do it is to start over. Back up files to elsewhere. Format HD. Partition it in Linux Disk Druid which is in most recent distros. Leave space at the beginning for XP. Install Linux first & lilo on /dev/hda2. Make bootdisk. Then install XP. # After you installed XP on /dev/hda1 # & Linux with lilo on /dev/hda2 # # Replace /dev/hda2 if need be # In Linux open terminal dd if=/dev/hda2 of=boot.lnx bs=512 count=1 cp boot.lnx /mnt/floppy Boot XP copy boot.lnx c:\ edit boot.ini After multi(0)..., add a new line C:\boot.lnx="linux" Reboot |
so instal linux first, then windows XP
|
no, always windows first.
