Inquiry:Can I make use of external memory stick as a media for RedHat 7.2 install?

Dear All
Can you please do me favor and let me know how can I make use of external memory stick for RedHat 7.2 installation ? Please be informed that I have downloaded the enigma-i386-disk1(2).iso files and as my server doesn't come with internal CDROM drive so I need to make use of external memory stick for this purpose .I will then change the BIOS settings for booting from external devices though .
Thank you in advance
Regards
H.Motamedi

Did you try UNetbootin?

If your hardware is newer than 2003 you probably will not be able to install RH7. RH7 hit EOL(End Of Life) before 2003 and there have been no updates since that time. So RH7 will have no way of understanding the newer hardware.
