Injecting a null value into the kernel of an embedded device.

I am trying to break an embedded Linux OS (i.e. Playstation's Linux OS or Android (mobile devices)), one way that I think will work for what I am trying to do is inject a null value into the system kernel either through the system clock or along the memory address channel. Based on everything that is posted in this thread, is there a way that I can crash the clock on the kernel?

As tredegar pointed out, LinuxQuestions will not provide any help to this kind of questions. Therefore there is no reason why this thread should stay open. Nuff' said.
