In Dire need of help with D*mn Small Linux

The rest of the internet has been combed through to no avail... Does anyone have a C/C++ Compiler for DSL? Or better yet, does anybody have a version of the FruityLoops Clone LMMS compiled for DSL? Please, help a n3wb13 out...

the most common is GCC. However, note that if you are running dsl of off a cd-r or something that isnt rewritable then you wont be able to install it onto the cd but onto a harddrive instead. I might suggest going for the harddrive install with DSL if you you havent already

Yeah...

I have DSL on my hard drive. I've also combed through a host of other C compilers but everything is for Debian or Mandriva or some other random distro. The one distro I pick, and I have to go through hell just to make a freakin album. Sorry, just venting. But yeah, I'll give that a try, thanks for your help.

Thanks from the :newbie: .
