impossible to install adobe flash last version on Fedora 17

Hi guys,

when I download the last version of adobe, I still have trouble because I can't watch youtube and all kind of videos on the web, same thing to listen to web radios.

An idea?

Thanks

Try again. I coincidentally achieved your goal just yesterday. I regretted doing it without understanding by following the recipe at https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Flash...ltimedia/Flash

What browser are you using? Normally the the plugin is quite easly to install. It's just a single file, libflashplayer.so, which is placed in the correct folder. Where you place it depends on the browser and how many different users need access to it.

If you are using Firefox and are the only user on your machine you just put the file here: ~/.mozilla/plugins/libflashplayer.so
If you want the plugin to be available system-wide then you could put it here (again if you're using Firefox): /usr/lib/firefox/plugins/libflashplayer.so

Try this: Adobe Flash Player 11.2 on Fedora 18/17, CentOS/RHEL 6.3/5.8

see the VERY recommended guide !
Mjmwired
http://www.mjmwired.net/resources/mj...f17.html#flash

it is SO recommended that it is the VERY first link on the BOLD YELLOW ( Fedora Set-Up Guides ) link at the top of every "Fedoraforum.org" page
