Cool I'm running PL 4.2.1 & downloaded 4.3 (.iso), now what's next?

I don't know how to upgrade from Puppy Linux 4.2.1 to the new release 4.3 & decided to download that iso file but I'm afraid as to how to proceed in order to avoid loosing data/settings/etc..
The reasong for upgrading is to try to resolve a couple of issues concerning the suicidal of Seamonkey & FF & some freezing conditions puppy has been experimenting.
My first question here is: 'is there a helper application within PL for getting a pre-packaged bundle that includes the facility of auto-install?
Thanks in advanced for any help!

Thanks for responding repo!
I went to that page & it dates from May, I think. There's no reference to the newest version (4.3).
I downloaded that version, modified my 'menu.lst' file to put it as another option besides Windows & Puppy Linux 4.2.1 & extracted the {initrd.gz, pup-430.sfs & vmlinuz} files with isobuster after checking out the MD5 sums.
When I tried to boot the process stops with a message saying that pup-430.sfs (not found).
Something that drew my attention was that in my recent 'Puppy 4.2.1' folder was another file named "pup_save-first_time.2fs" & I don't know how it got there. Apart from this, there is something with a file name, pup_421.sfs in the previous folder & pup-430.sfs in the one that I wish to include the other option of 430. I changed it to pup_430.sfs, thinking that it may be a typo but the same error appeared again. This time I booted the usual PL version & I'm glad that I didn't brake anything from this one, yet.
Thanks in advanced for any help on this issue!
