Illegal Window Parameter

Hello,
I have been trying to configure a cybercafe management system known as mkahawa but when launching I get an error message 'Illegal Window Parameter', Does anyone know how to fix this?

there's not enough information for anyone to help you.
a more elaborate case scenario, when does the error appear, can you get hold of more elaborate error messages, what is issuingthe error, what system are you running mkahawa on and how did you install it.........
